Cordova Sands Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage with Bunkie that has an excellent sandy beach, a flat child friendly lot that is great for children and adults of all ages. As it faces west, the sun exposure is excellent with magnificent sunsets. There is a large guest sleep cabin/bunkie (2 rooms sleeps 6) for guests. Cordova Lake is great for fishing/water skiing. It is an elegant older cottage with all the modern conveniences!
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Cordova Sands on Cordova Lake is a 3 bedroom vaulted ceiling bungalow rustic style cottage. The cottage carries all the modern amenities like wireless high speed internet, satellite TV and a washer/dryer. The cottage is open concept featuring all glass across the front of the cottage to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake.
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
There is a beautiful, large, sandy beach with shallow water entry that is absolutely great for children of all ages! It comes with fishing boat & motor, paddle boat and canoe. Cordova Lake has good fishing and of course the swimming is terrific. There is a beachfront fire pit and the western exposure provides terrific sunsets.

Rental Rates & Information:
High Season/Summer: $2150.00/wk.
Mid-Season (May, June, September & October – 2 night min.): $1600.00/wk. or $415.00/night
Holiday Season & Long Weekend: $1350.00/wk. or $1155.00/wknd.
A $500.00 damage security deposit is due upon check in and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate.
A 30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking.
Outstanding balance and security deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.
