As you may have noticed, rentals for all the cottages on this site are organized by Kawartha Cottage Vacations and managed by the specific owners of the cottage.
As we will need pertinent cottage information for your webpage, we will email you a cottage check list to be filled out at your earliest convenience. A guideline of the information that we require is a follows:
- Your name and contact information.
- A title for your page (try to make your property title both descriptive and unique).
- Size of your cottage/# of bathrooms and size/# of bedrooms etc.
- A cottage & property written description (please make it as descriptive & accurate as possible).
- Other attractions near by.
- Restaurants that are accessible by boat or car.
- High season/summer rental fee that you would like to receive (I can help you with this).
- Off season rental rates.
- Weeks that your cottage will be available (Sat. to Sat. bookings are preferable).
*Please inquire if you would like Kawartha Cottage Vacations to provide checking in/out service. There is to be an additional fee for this service which we will discuss.
