 Sandy Point Serenity is a unique boathouse cottage that is very quiet, being situated at the end of a private road. It has excellent fishing as you can throw your line in the water right from the dock and catch some beautiful bass.
Throw your line in the water right from the dock. Floating swim platform is lots of fun and provides excellent sunbathing and lots of enjoyment for all. The water 18 to 24 inches deep at water’s edge and slopes gently to deeper water. The water is deep enough to dive off the long docks.
