SPECIAL FEATURES
The Executive Cottage on Clear Lake is extremely clean, cozy and well maintained. The cottage is very well located and close to Toronto (1.5 hrs.). It is 20 min. north of Peterborough and 10 min. from Lakefield on the prestigious Clear Lake which is part of the Trent Severn Waterway System. The cottage was completely renovated inside and out a few years ago.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The large master bedroom is spacious (18' x 36') with an en-suite (10' x 13') with old fashion tub with shower and front seating area. The other 3 bedrooms are exquisitely decorated and have 2 doubles and a single bed in them. The cottage has a beautiful kitchen complete with a reproduction electric 4 burner stove. There is a separate broiler and warming oven. The living room is cozy, warm and nicely decorated with plenty of seating. There is an air tight stove for cold fall and winter days. The games room with 5'x10' pool/snooker table and a shuffle board is what every sports enthusiast dreams of.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage has a large deck over the boat house that gives a spectacular view of the entire lake. It has great water access with 2 docks. Fishing is excellent, even right off of the dock. For those days where the flies or mosquitoes are bothering you there is a large screened in gazebo for your comfort.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY Clear & Stoney Lake offer miles of picturesque boating. At Young’s Point (3 km down the lake) there is shopping and restaurants. The Town of Lakefield is 10 minutes away and can be accessed by road or boat (1 lock). Come and relax in the Kawartha’s at a very private cottage.
