INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Our "Home Away From Home", is a very comfortable, 4 season, 3 bedroom cottage with double beds in all rooms. It sleeps 6 with a 1-4 piece bathroom. The great room consists of the kitchen, dining, and living room. Just off the kitchen is a very comfortable, glassed in sunroom, overlooking the beautiful Crystal Lake. Although there is a wood burning fireplace it is definitely off limits. Any heating needed is accomplished with the electric baseboard heaters.
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
"Home Away From Home" on Crystal Lake boasts of a beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the lake. There is a large "U" shape dock that is great for sunning, swimming or fishing. The dock has room for 2 boats on either side. Due to the cottage property having many trees, there are no outdoor campfires permitted.

Kinmount is only 15 minutes from the cottage, where there is a small grocery store, fish and chip truck, credit union, The Royal Canadian Legion, LBCO/Beer Store and a few other stores. Bobcaygeon is a beautiful town,on the Trent Severn Waterway System and is only about 20 minutes from the cottage. It has numerous restaurants, cafes and lovely unique shops. Fenelon Falls similarly has many restaurants, cafes and shops along with a Sobeys. The town of Lindsay is about a hour from the cottage while the smaller town of Minden is about 25 minutes from the cottage. |

Summer: $1000.00/wk.
Low Season: $700.00/week or $250.00/night.
Long Weekend and Holiday Season: $750.00/week or $250.00/night.
A 30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking.
The outstanding balance and a $500.00 damage security deposit are due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.
