"Pristine Thanet Lake Cottage" is newly built and boasts of 1500 sq. ft., of living space. It has an open concept with 2 bedrooms plus a large loft with double pull out couch and futon. For outdoor entertaining there is a large screen in porch with a dining table and BBQ. This extremely clean, cozy, well maintained cottage is very nicely situated 25' above the lake with lots of privacy. Enjoy one of the most beautiful pristine lakes in the Kawartha Lakes Region. The cottage and its surroundings capture the balance between the beautiful outdoors, luxury and comfort with all the amenities to enjoy a relaxing and serene vacation. The pristine lake with docks and sandy beach is an easy 5 minute walk from the cottage and is truly a beautiful lake that offers all the summer and winter activities available. Thanet Lake is a deep, clear lake great for fishing that host lots of Bass and Trout. It is also home to beautiful sounding Loons, which is a sure sign of a healthy and beautiful lake. Sitting with a book, entertaining or sitting by a fire on a star filled night, you will appreciate the surroundings that Thanet Lake will bring to you. Treat yourself to the experience of this little piece of paradise! “Pristine Thanet Lake Cottage” is a place to enjoy privacy, serenity and get away from it all. The cottage is located a half hour from Bancroft with all amenities available (shopping, hospital etc.) or 10 minutes to Coe Hill for Beer/LCBO and groceries.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
"Pristine Thanet Lake Cottage" has 2 large bedrooms with large closets with mirrored sliding doors. New queen sized beds with new top line pocket coil mattresses. The large kitchen, living and dining areas have 4 sliding screened doors facing south that enter the screened in porch for great entertaining and enjoyment. From the concrete countertops, ceramics floors/wood floors matching appliances, dishwasher, laundry facilities, ceiling fans and much more, the cottage is very nicely finished and furnished for luxury and comfort. There are also numerous heating sources (gas fireplace, electric fireplace, wood stove, and high efficiency furnace) for comfort during those cold winter vacations.

Rates are for up to 6 adults. Children are free but number is to be discussed
A $500.00 damage security deposit is required and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate
30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking
Outstanding balance and $500.00 security deposit are due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in
