Sandy Lake - The Lake of Spirits is a cozy little cottage on the turquoise coloured Sandy Lake just steps away from the water’s edge. Nestled on a lot with mature trees that surround the cottage and yet there's still plenty of room for children, or dogs to run around freely. This cottage would especially appeal to families with young children since the water around the dock is very shallow. There's nothing more beautiful than sitting on the deck with your coffee watching the morning sun glisten on the water. A 9.9 HP aluminum fishing boat is available for $300.00/wk.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This is a 3 bedroom cottage with a large master bedroom that has a walk in closet, a 6 drawer dresser and also a single daybed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bunk bed on the bottom and a single on the top, also with a 3 drawer dresser. The 3rd bedroom is a double bed. The bathroom is a 4 piece with a large sized cupboard to store cosmetics and such. The family room is large, 20x20 with a large sectional plus an additional leather sofa that faces the lake. All of the floors except the dining room and the bathroom are the original maple floors that have been refinished. The walls are pine paneling that have been painted a clean cream in the dining room and the family room. The kitchen is original, but has all of the modern amenities that you will need, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. All of the appliances have been replaced within the last 4 years.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
There are several landscaped walk ways to get you down to the water. The property has several perennial gardens that show off their colours from spring to fall. There is a very large deck that has a 6 person glass patio and also an upper deck with a smaller 4 person patio and propane BBQ. There is a boat launch located within a 5 minute drive for a small fee. There is a spot for evening campfires that look out to the lake and at the back of the cottage there is a fairly large tree house for the children to play in. There is a sandbox located on the property. There is also a paddleboat for your use.
