"Sandy Lake Private Wilderness" is a 2200 sq. ft., 3 bedroom cottage that is 1.5 hours from Toronto and / or 10 minutes from Buckhorn, ON. This 85’ pine clad dwelling is 50’ above the water offering a beautiful view of Sandy Lake. It comes complete with an 85’ fully furnished deck with propane BBQ, where you can dine in a "tree house setting".

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The large modern kitchen has a 9’ island and 8’ sliding patio door-walkout to the large deck. The "great room" that adjoins the kitchen features large picture windows offering and excellent view of Sandy Lake. It comes complete with 8 skylights, stone gas fireplace, adjoining dining room & also a walkout to the deck. There are 2 stone/tile bathrooms with tub and shower. Two of the 3 bedrooms have their own walkout entrance to the outdoors. The sun room/bedroom with its walkout entrance is equipped with 2 double futons and 1 single futon. There is another futon in the living room.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
There are 90 steps to the "crystal clear and turquoise" Sandy Lake where there is a sun deck, 4 kayaks, canoe and a 4.5 HP aluminum boat and motor (extra fee for the boat). The 300’ of private shore offers a weed free sandy entry with a gradual slope, 2 docks, hard sand bottom further out and is about 6’ deep 50’ from shore. From here it gets deeper quite quickly.

There is also a fire pit for evening camp fires and great conversations.
