Sandy Point Serenity is a unique boathouse cottage that is very quiet, being situated at the end of a private road. It has excellent fishing as you can throw your line in the water right from the dock and catch some beautiful bass. Throw your line in the water right from the dock. Floating swim platform is lots of fun and provides excellent sunbathing and lots of enjoyment for all. The water 18 to 24 inches deep at water’s edge and slopes gently to deeper water. The water is deep enough to dive off the long docks
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The Interior is done in knotty pine. Open concept for kitchen, dining and living room. Bathroom features large shower. Main floor bedroom has double bed and large loft has a double bed plus a single bed. This cottage is right at the water edge so you have an excellent view of lake and surrounding area from your windows. Upstairs loft is very bright and airy with excellent views.
EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Walk outside your door and you are steps from the water, with multiple docks and numerous decks to relax in the sun or shade. This property gets the morning sun which is perfect for morning coffee on your deck or on the deck located over the water. Our sunsets are spectacular and the grounds are meticulously kept. There is a fire pit at the water edge for your convenience. Firewood can be purchased on site. Napoleon BBQ is available for your use.

Clear & Stoney Lake offer miles of picturesque boating. At Young’s Point (3 km down the lake) there is shopping and restaurants. The Town of Lakefield is 10 minutes away and can be accessed by road or boat (1 lock). Come and relax in the Kawartha’s at a very private cottage. |

Rental Rates & Information:
High Season/Summer: $1100.00/wk.
Mid-Season (May, June, September & October – 2 night min.): $900.00/wk. or $200.00/night
Off-season (November to April - 2 night min.): $700.00/wk $175.00/night
Long Weekend & Holiday Season rental rate are $900.00/wk or $200.00/night
Rates are for up to 4 adults - $100.00/additional adult (max. 5 adults). Children are free but number is to be discussed.
Rates are for double occupancy
A $500.00 damage security deposit is due upon check in and will be returned to you upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate.
A 30% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking.
Outstanding balance and security deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.
