Cordova Sands Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage with a bunkie that has an excellent sandy beach, a flat lot that is great for children and adults of all ages. As it faces west, the sun exposure is excellent with magnificent sunsets. There is a large guest bunkie with 2 rooms that sleeps 6. Cordova Lake is great for fishing and water skiing. It is an elegant older cottage with all the modern conveniences!

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Cordova Sands on Cordova Lake is a 3 bedroom bungalow cottage in rustic style with a vaulted ceiling. The cottage carries all the modern amenities including wireless high speed internet, satellite TV, and washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.  VCR, games for kids and DVD player are available for your enjoyment.  The cottage is open concept featuring all glass across the front of the cottage to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake.

3 Bedrooms: queen bed, double bed, bunk bed (single over single)
Bunkie with air conditioning, 2 rooms – double bed + sink, 2 double beds

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

There is a beautiful, large, sandy beach with shallow water entry that is absolutely great for children of all ages! It comes with fishing boat and 9.9HP motor, paddle boat and canoe. Cordova Lake has good fishing and of course the swimming is terrific. There is a beachfront fire pit and the western exposure offers terrific sunsets. There are 5 parking spots.

As this cottage rents on a Sun-Sun basis for weekly rentals during High Season please consider the nights of Sunday June 28, August 3 & September 6 as Premium nights
