This open concept and cozy cottage is ideal for the active family looking to enjoy all aspects of cottage life. Enjoy relaxing time outdoors on the lovely wrap around verandah and screened-in porch. The interior living areas and bedrooms have a classic cottage feel. The main living spaces have walkouts to the verandah, all of which face the waterfront with breathtaking views of the lake, surrounding nature and amazing sunsets. For those cool nights, the living room also has a fireplace. The south-east waterfront is perfect for children, with a sandy beach that transitions to a gradually deepening, hard bottomed swimming area and is well protected. Adults can supervise the goings-on from an expansive waterside deck and dock. Winter activities include ice fishing, snowmobiling, skiing and hiking.
The beautiful town of Fenelon Falls (3 km) offers all the amenities of home including Sobey’s, Tim Horton’s, LCBO, restaurants and scenic waterfalls.

Cleaning service (if requested): $100
A 50% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking (preferred method is Interac e-Transfer).
Outstanding balance + $500.00 damage deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in.
The damage deposit will be returned to you by Interac e-Transfer upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate (within 7 business days).
Rental rates include all booking fees and taxes, if applicable. If your weekly rental includes a statutory long weekend, the rental rate will be calculated as a combination of the Long Weekend Rate and the regular Weekly Rate.
