From Nov 1st to April 30th the Boathouse is closed. Quartz counters in the main house and granite counters in the boathouse, 6 furnished decks, a floating dock, and waterfront with deep water at the end of the dock and sand bottom shoreline with gradual entry. The main cottage features an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room perfectly designed for entertaining with a large sectional sofa, love seat, a fireplace (decoration only), a dry bar and a flat screen TV with cable. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped including a quartz counter, beverage fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate dining area with harvest table which seats 6 and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
The boathouse also features an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room offers a large sectional sofa, propane fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is also fully equipped including a granite counter and an island food prep area with 4 bar stools. The dining room table seats 6 and overlooks the water.

The locks at the Trent-Severn Waterway, less than 6 minutes away, are made up of 386 kilometres (210 miles) of interconnected lakes and rivers stretching through central Ontario. You can launch your boat or try paddling your way through one of the extensive canoe and kayak routes.
Kawartha Lakes is rich in culture and heritage. Take a step back in time at one of the many museums. The artistic community is thriving here.
Rates are based on 12 people - maximum 12 adults, maximum 18 people - extra people at $50/person per night
From Nov 1st to April 30th (Boathouse is closed) - maximum 8 adults, maximum 12 people
